Ken Hall, Teamsters General Secretary-Treasurer and Local 175 President, appeared on West Virginian Hoppy Kercheval’s talk radio show yesterday to discuss the ongoing fight against RTW in his home state. Hall also testified before the Kanawha County Circuit Court today to challenge West Virginia’s recently-passed “right-to-work” law.
