The IBT Training and Development Department will present a Teamsters Leadership Academy course for preparing and presenting at a grievance panel or arbitration hearing. Instructors will provide basic strategies and tactics of evidence and witness preparation for arbitration, that can also be applied to panel and committee hearings. Read the announcement, here.
