The Teamsters National Automobile Transporters Industry Negotiating Committee (TNATINC) and the Carhaul Employer Group (NATLD) are negotiating for a third straight day today in Detroit.

While progress is being made, talks continue.

Following the rejection of the prior National referendum and Central/Southern Supplement in September 2016, the Employers Bargaining Group (NATLD) immediately asked the Union Bargaining Committee (TNATINC) to return to the bargaining table.

The Union Bargaining Committee has reviewed the causes of the prior rejected agreement and adjusted the proposal. The National Negotiating Committee remains committed to reaching a new tentative agreement that ensures the long-term economic improvements for all Carhaul members.

More information will be provided as developments take place.
