(ATLANTA) – International and domestic flights served by Gate Gourmet departing from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta may experience delays or go without food service during the holiday travel rush. The disruptions could impact Delta (NYSE: DAL), Gate Gourmet’s largest customer, as well as several international airlines.

Teamster organizer Royceann Porter was elected last night to the Johnson County Board of Supervisors in Johnson County, Iowa. She defeated Republican Phil Hemingway by a double-digit margin in a special election to fill the seat vacated by Supervisor Kurt Friese, who died in October.
Porter thanked her supporters in a post to her campaign’s Facebook page.
(LAS VEGAS) – By more than a seven-to-one margin, pilots who are members of Teamsters Local 631 have ratified their first contract with URS Federal Services, Inc., a company that provides services for the U.S. federal government. The landmark agreement will go into effect on Jan. 1, 2019 and run through Sept. 30, 2022.
