Today, the ballots were opened for Locals in the Eastern Region. Ballots for most of the Locals were counted by this evening.  The Master agreement is passing with 56% of the members voting to accept the Agreement.

All of the Locals in the Central Pennsylvania supplement have voted and it has passed.

With most Locals counted, the Atlantic Area and New England Supplements are expected to pass.

Local 623, Local 804 and Western Pennsylvania members have all voted to reject their supplements. 

Most of the Locals under the Metro Philadelphia and Upstate New York supplements have been counted and those supplements are expected to be rejected.

The count continues tomorrow morning and will go through the weekend.  Tomorrow, Local 177 will be counted along with the few remaining Locals in the East.  The election supervisor will then begin sorting and counting the ballots from Locals in the South.
