Big business spends big money to push an anti-worker agenda in Washington, D.C. The Teamsters fight back through DRIVE, the union’s political action committee.

At the 29th International Convention, four awards were given to locals for their commitment to DRIVE. The awards given were:

• Most DRIVE Money Raised in 2015: Local 63 in Covina, Calif.;

• Highest Percentage of Members Contributing: Local 988 in Houston; and

• Most New Cards Signed and Most Members Contributing to DRIVE in 2015: Both went to Local 177 in Hillside, N.J.
