On Wednesday, September 28, 2016, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and United Airlines reached an agreement covering more than 9,000 airline mechanics. Details of the agreement are available on this webpage, along with presentations and materials explaining the components of this contract. Ballots will be going in the mail soon. Below is a timeline of events that will occur during the contract ratification schedule.

October 18-November 16: Teamster Representatives Will Be Coming To Your Workstation To Help Explain The Contract And Answer Questions. Please Check Back For A More Detailed Presentation Schedule.

November 14: Ballot Materials Will Be Mailed To Voting Members’ Homes.

November 18: Voting Begins.

December 4: Last Full Day To Cast Ballots.

December 5: Ballots Will Be Counted At A To Be Determined Time. You May Cast Ballots Up Until 5 Minutes Before Ballots Will Be Counted.
