The Transit Security Officers of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Authority overwhelmingly voted to accept a new contract with 94% of those voting in favor of ratification on Thursday, July 6, 2017. The officers are members of Local 911, Bellflower, Calif.

The five-year deal includes guaranteed yearly wage increases, yearly increases to the health and welfare cap, and an increase to the uniform allowance.
