In February 2018, XPO illegally fired drivers Ryan Janota and Jose Ramirez for practicing workers’ federally protected right to organize. Since then, the two stood strong and fought for their justice and against XPO’s systemic mistreatment of workers, and won.

Yesterday May 30, 2018, the Federal Government, following a thorough investigation, notified XPO management that unless XPO immediately puts Ryan and Jose back to work, the Government will issue a complaint alleging the company violated the law and demand XPO reinstate Ryan and Jose with full back pay.
