Teamsters on the Trail: Nov. 11-17
Teamsters turned up for presidential candidate events in Florida and Nevada this week, including the “First in the West” dinner in Las Vegas where members heard from several contenders about where they stand on the issues that matter most to workers.

Las Vegas, Nev.: Former Vice President Joe Biden held a labor roundtable event where he heard from Teamsters concerned about pensions and retirement security. Biden said he would work to secure pensions as well as make it easier to organize, prioritize labor in trade deals and go after companies who misclassify workers. Photo here.
