UPS Wage Increases Update
As of August 1, 2020, UPS wages increase by 80 cents per hour for employees who had seniority on August 1, 2018. This brings the increases to a total of $2.25 per hour in the first three years of this contract. Two general wage increases remain; On August 1, 2021 and 2022 the GWI will be $.90 and $1.00 per hour respectively. The minimum rate for Article 22 part-timers who were not senior on August 1, 2018 increases to $14.50 per hour. Due to the low Consumer Price Index numbers there is no Article 33 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for this year. Benefit contributions made by UPS to the various funds increases by $40 per week.
