During Mental Health Awareness Month, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters recognizes the importance of mental health care and reaffirms our commitment to creating a society where mental health care is destigmatized and accessible for all who need it.

Mental health is just as important as physical health on the job, and the Teamsters are dedicated to continuing to improve the mental wellbeing of our members and their families. This month, we honor the bravery of those living with mental health conditions, express gratitude to mental health professionals, and commit to promoting evidence-based mental health services and support for all workers in all industries.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency, call 988 immediately to connect with a professional at the National Suicide and Crisis Hotline.
