The International Brotherhood of Teamsters celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month, observed September 15 through October 15. During this time, we honor the contributions of Hispanic Teamsters and pay tribute to the workers and labor leaders whose sacrifices have expanded rights and dignity on the job.

The strength of our union comes from the diversity of rank-and-file Teamsters across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. Through the work of the Teamsters Human Rights and Diversity Commission and the Teamsters Hispanic Caucus, we fight to ensure Hispanic Teamsters and their families are empowered in the workplace. Every day, Hispanic Teamsters lead the way in organizing workers, negotiating strong contracts, and strengthening our union.

We are proud to recognize the invaluable contributions of Hispanic Teamsters from all communities and backgrounds, whose leadership and commitment continue to drive the fight for respect and fairness on the job.
