More School Bus Victories!
It has been a great start to the school year for the School Bus campaign! In September, we’ve had six victories from Alabama to Minnesota. And we have a number of elections this month that will add to our victories list!
Here’s a look at our most recent victories:
Blaine First Student yard, Minnesota: The election was held on Sept. 30, and 89 workers are now in the bargaining unit represented by Local Union 638.
Florence First Student yard, Alabama: The election was held Sept. 29, and 46 workers are now in the bargaining unit represented by Local Union 402.
Merriam First Student yard, Kansas: The election was held Sept. 29, and 350 workers are now in the bargaining unit represented by Local Union 838.
Watertown First Student yard, Connecticut: The election was held Sept. 25, and 49 workers are now in the bargaining unit represented by Local Union 677.
Niles First Student yard, Michigan: The election was held Sept. 10, and 46 workers are now in the bargaining unit represented by Local Union 7.
Indianola First Student yard, Pennsylvania: The election was held Sept. 3, and 160 workers are now in the bargaining unit represented by Local Union 249.
