(WASHINGTON) – Mechanics at United Airlines stations across the nation ratified a six-year National Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement with the company today after more than three years of negotiations.
As of today, all relevant documents relating to the United Airlines Tentative Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement have been posted here, including the integrated seniority list. A Teamster seniority integration team was established to discuss and analyze a proper and fair method for producing a combined seniority list for subsidiary Continental, subsidiary CMI and subsidiary United Airlines members. The seniority list will be used for bidding purposes such as shift bidding and system bidding. Worker craft seniority dates were not modified in the seniority integration process.

On Wednesday, September 28, 2016, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and United Airlines reached an agreement covering more than 9,000 airline mechanics.
