UPS Teamsters covered by the Western Pennsylvania Supplement Agreement have voted to ratify the agreement. The supplement covers members in local unions 30, 110, 249, 261, 397, 491, 538, 585 and 926.

The national agreement cannot take effect until all the outstanding supplements are ratified. Once ratified, economic improvements are retroactive to August 1, 2018.
