IT’S TIME TO DEMAND OUR WORTH AT CVG!

For too long, workers at DHL’s global hub at Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) have worked without a union voice. But that changed in April 2023, when DHL ramp and tug workers at CVG voted to join Teamsters Local 100 and ultimately ratified a historic contract. They joined thousands of DHL Teamsters nationwide who have significantly improved their working conditions by organizing.

However, the fight for union representation is not over. DHL sort package handlers at CVG are now ready to join their ramp and tug co-workers in the union. As Teamsters, workers receive higher wages, more affordable health care, improved working conditions, and enhanced job security compared to their nonunion peers.

About Our Campaign

Approximately 1,500 DHL sort package handlers at CVG are fighting to become Teamsters. As a united front, we are stronger together. We would join thousands of DHL workers and more than 350,000 workers in the package-sort-delivery industry who are proud Teamsters, amplifying our voice and power in the workplace.

The historic contract achieved by ramp and tug is only the beginning. By joining our ramp and tug co-workers as Teamsters, we will have the power to demand our worth at DHL. This is not just about securing the same level of protection enjoyed by our colleagues working in ramp and tug — but the potential for even more significant gains in the future, improving our working conditions and quality of life.

As Teamsters, ramp and tug workers at CVG won:

Our fight for dignity and respect at CVG is just the beginning. Together, we have the opportunity to make a decision that will positively impact our future. Let’s stand united as Teamsters and win the workplace we deserve at CVG.

Who’s Doing Better? There’s No Comparison. It Isn’t Even Close.

DHL workers doing the same job—with the same responsibilities, for the same company—are clearly doing better as Teamsters.
