Teamster Stewards are the backbone of the Union! Stewards monitor and enforce the collective bargaining agreement that has been negotiated between the union and management at their workplace. They advocate for their Teamster co-workers by investigating workplace issues and bringing concerns and formal grievances to management’s attention.
