A 23-year member and former officer of the Teamsters Union, Stan Johnson knows the challenges working families face in Idaho.

“I have dedicated my life to fighting to improve the lives of men and women in our state,” Johnson said. “As a union representative for most of my career at Consolidated Freightways, I saw firsthand what can be accomplished when we work together for change.”

Johnson currently works as President of the Lochsa Falls Board of Directors and served two terms as Secretary-Treasurer of Local 483 in Boise, Idaho, President of the Idaho Five Craft Unions, Director of Idaho Human Rights for the Teamsters Union and Trustee for the Utah-Idaho Teamsters Health and Welfare Trust.

“If elected Ada County Commissioner, I will work with the state, city and county to create more sustainable living wage jobs and to raise the minimum wage,” Johnson said. “I will bring honesty and integrity back to the District Two County Commission position.”
