The UPS CSI (Cartage Services Inc.) National Supplement to the National Master UPS Agreement wrapped up round two of bargaining last week in Dallas, TX.

UPS purchased Menlo Freight Forwarding in 2005 and incorporated 25 stand-alone Teamster contracts into a national supplement to the NMUPSA. The IBT then organized workers in many non-union CSI locations through-out the country and brought them into the supplement.

As is often the case, progress is slow in the beginning stages of negotiations, but the committee has achieved several tentative agreements on language improvement.
