An Update for American Airlines Customer Service Representatives
Please review these letters of agreement between American Airlines, the Communications Workers of America (CWA) and Teamsters Local 104 regarding the Special Voluntary Early Out Program and extended voluntary leaves of absences for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
