Our best organizers are the Teamster rank-and-file members themselves. If we want to build worker power at a company as big as Amazon, it will take activating and training Teamster members to do the hard work of meeting workers, developing contacts, and building committees. Local unions that create a Volunteer Organizer Program work with the Amazon Division to survey their memberships and hold a series of training sessions.
