The parties exchanged initial proposals on national language items.
(WASHINGTON) – XPO warehouse workers in Indianapolis, Indiana and XPO freight drivers in Rockaway, New Jersey filed for Teamster representation today, the latest action by workers across the U.S. who are banding together to fight for fair treatment at one of the largest transportation and logistics companies in the world.
By a 5-1 margin, drivers at XPO Logistics, Inc. in Cinnaminson, N.J. voted today to become members of Teamsters Local 107 in Philadelphia, becoming the latest group of workers to challenge the company’s ongoing mistreatment of workers.
On August 16, 2018, representatives from the Teamsters Military Assistance Program (TMAP), along with representatives from Joint Council 3, the Teamsters Passenger Transportation Division, First Group (FG) and ABF, participated in the Soldier for Life Open House at the U.S. Army installation in Fort Carson, Colorado.
(CALIFORNIA) – Port truck drivers for XPO Logistics Inc. who are on strike held rallies in Los Angeles and San Diego and demanded the company end the rampant day-to-day abuse of drivers. The actions come on the heels of a breaking victory as the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement recognized a striking driver as in fact employed by XPO and determined the company owes him $123,074.43 in back pay. Hundreds of port truck drivers from XPO, as well as NFI Industries, walked off the job on Monday.

Teamsters employed at ABF Freight System, Inc. have won major gains in their newly ratified contract that covers approximately 8,500 drivers, dockworkers, mechanics and office workers.
