The Economic Policy Institute’s (EPI) newest report on CEO pay reveals  that some CEO’s receive wages and benefits (stock options, etc.) that are 271-times more than the average worker.

“Working peoples’ ability to have an important voice on issues like pay will be seriously compromised if the Supreme Court says its ok to enjoy negotiated benefits without sharing the cost,” said Michael Filler, director of the Teamsters Public Services Division. ”The freedom of working people to join together and to assume a financial responsibility in negotiating a fair return on work is a longstanding American principle that must be upheld.”
