BIG NEWS! This week we received word from the Public Employment Relations Board. They have issued a decision that will move the campaign forward to an election.
Recently, Local 1 has been taking credit for a settlement that involved the district paying three years in back pay for a miscalculation of overtime.
On Dec. 1, the Mt. Diablo Unified School District Teamsters bargaining committee reached a tentative agreement with the District.
