(WASHINGTON) – UPS Freight Teamsters have voted overwhelmingly to ratify a new national five-year master agreement that increases wages, significantly strengthens pension benefits and takes on the issue of subcontracting.
(WASHINGTON) – Teamster Local Union leaders representing UPS Freight workers across the country endorsed a new tentative national agreement on Jan. 6. The new agreement provides for major economic improvements and protects work and jobs at a time when most LTL companies are cutting wages and benefits.
The UPS Latin America Inc. Supplement has passed by a vote of 149 to 11 with one ballot voided. Five supplements and riders remain. The negotiating committees for Local 135 and Western Pennsylvania have both reached agreements and will be sent out for balloting early next year. Still outstanding are the Local 623 supplement, The Ohio Rider and Local 89 rider.

Below are the supplements that we have ready. Please be aware that the supplements were not all finished negotiating at the same time and therefore, we will not have them all available immediately. They will be posted after they are completed.
The UPS Freight National Negotiating Committee met with the company earlier this week to discuss outstanding issues that members have identified as concerns. Another meeting is expected soon as both sides work toward an agreement that can be brought to the membership for a vote.
