FedEx Mechanics have been working without a union for far too long, and we’ve suffered because of it. We’ve seen our compensation reduced and hubs shutdown while so many of our colleagues at competing employers make far more than us because they have a union contract, and we don’t.
We deserve a strong voice and a seat at the table. That way we can have a chance to address benefits, work rules, and other issues that are important to us.
